By accessing or using the Perseids website and store, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and customers, whether or not you create an account.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide (including payment details and shipping address) is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors may occur. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases including: suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and cash on delivery). By placing an order you agree to pay the total shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and may vary by governorate. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly about any issue.

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by Egyptian consumer-protection law (Law No. 181 of 2018). Before ordering, please read the Refund Policy so you understand your return window and the conditions that apply.

All content on the site — including the Perseids name and logo, designs, text, and images — is the property of Perseids or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site: you will not attempt to interfere with its operation, access areas you are not authorized to use, use automated tools to place orders or extract data at scale, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perseids is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or an order will first be addressed through our customer support; unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and it applies from the date of posting. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
