Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address (street, city, governorate), and payment method. You provide this when creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to our newsletter, or contacting us. We use your information to process and deliver your orders, communicate order updates by email and SMS, provide customer support, manage your account, send our newsletter (only if you subscribe), prevent fraud, and improve our website and service. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
