Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders arrive within 2–5 business days. All orders require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at perseids.eg@gmail.com with your order number. We will arrange a complimentary pickup from your address. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item — this ensures your preferred size or item is reserved immediately.

Exclusions
Made-to-measure and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review your measurements carefully before placing a tailoring order. Final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned.
